LEDs have dim light. Modern LED devices are in no way inferior to conventional lamps or fixtures. Much depends on the expected light intensity. In everyday life, it is better to use some intermediate option of 40-90 degrees. So the light will be diffused in the right way, perfect for general room lighting.
LEDs are only needed for accent lighting. LEDs can be used in a variety of applications, including accent lighting. Also, LEDs do not work in the harmful UV range. Light is emitted only in the visible range. There is no negative effect on the skin or vision. High-quality products in the field of lighting technology, the same power sources, do not emit electromagnetic interference detected by special devices. But such failures could affect other electronic devices. Actually, this is what extends the life of the myth. It seems that if electronics are exposed, then a person has something to fear.
LEDs harm a person's biological clock. The human body is capable of responding to light. This is called a biological clock. Communication is carried out by the hormone melatonin. It is produced in our body during sleep. Melatonin affects concentration, performance, alertness. An increase in the level of such a hormone in the body makes a person sleepy, calm, and interferes with concentration. Blue is the best way to slow down the production of melatonin. That is why in the evening or at night it is not recommended to use light with a large blue component, cold white. It is better for the body to calm down in the evening. In the evening, it is good to use warm white light, with a low temperature of 2700-3500K. But during the day it is better to use cold white light with a temperature of 4000-6000K.
